Christmas Party Dresses Wishlist

Blogmas 2017: 12 Days of Christmas

Day Two

There isn’t a Christmas season that goes by that I don’t wish I could go buy all the pretty, sparkly dresses in every shop out there. Alas, present buying must come first, but here are some of my favourite dresses I’ve spotted in this year’s winter high street collection.

Diamonds are a girl’s best friend

ASOS Ballerina Mesh Sparkle Tulle Midi Dress

ASOS Ballerina Mesh Sparkle Tulle Midi Dress, Β£65

I looove this dress. What more could you want from a Christmas party dress? Navy, good. Glitter, good. Tulle, gooooood.

All that glitters

AX Paris Black Plunge V Neck Sequin Dress

AX Paris Black Plunge V Neck Sequin Dress, Β£50

New Look are always the high street queens of all things sparkle at Christmas time. I personally don’t mix well with sequins or glitter, but the lace sleeves-sequin combo could be enough to sway me. This dress gets an extra thumbs up for the funky cut of the hem and the cheeky neckline.

Classy and Fabulous

LIPSY LOVE MICHELLE KEEGAN COLD SHOULDER SEQUIN DETAIL BODYCON DRESS

Lipsy Love Michelle Keegan Cold Shoulder Detail Bodycon Dress, Β£68

This dress would be perfect if it weren’t for the cold shoulders. Having quite broad shoulders myself, this trend is not a good look for me. However (and if you hadn’t guessed already) navy is one of my favourites, lace is one of my favourites, and body cons are the best fit for me. This little number ticks all those boxes!
