This recipe is perfect for using up your old bananas and it’s wonderful with a cup of tea on a cold January afternoon.
So, firstly, I actually made these last Sunday, but they turned out so well I had to share the recipe. Secondly, I made them more like the size of a fairy bun, as opposed to a big cupcake. More to share!

I had some old apples and puff pastry to use up. I made apple sauce out of the apples, and then put this in some puff pastry and made teeny little turnovers. Here’s my recipe and some pics.
